 Mega Free Medical Camp Held at MIMC Devachan Campus

Leh, May 2, 2026: As part of the ongoing Sacred Exposition of the Holy Relics of the Tathagata Buddha in Ladakh, a Mega Free Medical Camp commenced today at the MIMC Devachan Campus, Leh. The camp is being organised by the UT Administration in collaboration with the Mahabodhi International Meditation Centre (MIMC) and SNM Hospital, and will continue from May 2 to May 14, 2026.

The camp is being conducted daily at the Mahabodhi Mahakaruna Charitable Hospital, Devachan, Leh, providing free medical check-ups and free medicines to the general public.

Specialist doctors including Gynaecologists, ENT Specialists, Ophthalmologists, and Dental Surgeons are available for consultations. In addition, TB screening, NCD screening, radiology services, and other diagnostic facilities are also being provided at the camp.

The first day of the camp saw a strong turnout, with approximately 100 participants arriving from various villages across Ladakh. Attendees included members of the local public, monks, nuns, and laborers, all seeking to benefit from the specialized care available during this significant spiritual period.
