MP Ladakh Mohmad Haneefa Jan Updates on Zawars Stranded in Iran
Member of Parliament from Ladakh, Mohmad Haneefa Jan, informed that all the Zawars stranded in Iran have safely departed from Qom and are now on their way towards Armenia.
They are expected to cross the Jolfa border by tomorrow morning and then proceed to Yerevan, from where arrangements will be made for their return to India.The MP stated that this development has brought great relief to the families of the pilgrims in Ladakh who had been anxiously waiting for their safe return.
He also assured that he remains in constant contact with the concerned authorities to ensure the safety and early return of the Zawars.He prayed for their safe journey and smooth return home.
