Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan (VVM) State Level Camp 2025-26 Concludes Successfully in Leh

The Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan (VVM) State Level Camp (SLC) 2025-26 concluded successfully today at Govt. Elazer Joldan Memorial College, Leh. The program commenced with a welcome address by Mr. Mohd Hussain, State Coordinator, followed by the gracious presence of distinguished guests including Mrs. Deldan Angmo, Chief Education Officer Leh; Mr. Sonam Wangchuk, Chief Education Officer Kargil; Mr. S. D. Namgail, Principal, District Institute of Education and Trainings (DIET) Kargil; VVM State Coordinators Mr. Tsewang Morup, Mr. Ahmad Ali, and Mr. Mohd Hussain; along with District Coordinators from Leh and Kargil — Miss Tsering Diskit, Mrs. Kunzes Lamo, Mr. Issa Mohd Malik, Mr. Sajjad Ali, and Mr. Ahmad Ali Malik.
The VVM Level-II examination was conducted at the end of September 2025, where 155 students from classes 6th to 11th across Ladakh qualified for the State Level Camp. Out of these, 121 students actively participated in the SLC. The successful 12 qualifiers from this camp 5 students from Kargil and 7 students from Leh who got 1st and 2nd position in the SLC will now represent Ladakh at the National Level Camp 2025-26, scheduled to be held at IIT Gandhinagar, Gujarat on 16–17 May 2026.
To honor the achievements of the students, cash prizes, mementos, and certificates were distributed to position holders across classes 6th to 11th. The awards included Rs. 5000 for first position holders, Rs. 3000 for second position holders, and Rs. 2000 for third position holders, presented by the esteemed guests of the occasion.
The program concluded in the evening with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by State Coordinator Sh. Tsewang Morup, marking the successful closure of the VVM State Level Camp 2025-26.
