The application forms (as per the annexure) should be accompanied by self-attested copies of the following Certificates/documents:-
(i) Date of birth certificate (Matriculation pass certificate only)
(ii) Any other academic qualification certificates (if any)
(iii) Certification Courses /Valid DL/ NCC Certificate (if any)
(iv) Ladakh domicile certificate
(v) 04 copies of passport-size recent photographs
(vi) Identification proof (Driving License/ Passport/ PAN card/Election card/ration card)
