Authorities have initiated clearance efforts to restore connectivity and ensure the safe passage of vehicles.Teams engaged in the operation are working continuously to remove accumulated snow and reopen the route at the earliest. Snowfall in high-altitude areas like Zoji La has been reported in the latest weather spell, impacting road conditions and travel in the region.
