Haj Committee UT Ladakh Issues Notice for Deposit of Balance Amount for Haj 2026
Ladakh, March 23, 2026: The Haj Committee, Union Territory of Ladakh, has issued an important notification for all selected Haj pilgrims of Haj 2026 (1447 AH), directing them to deposit the balance amount of the total estimated Haj cost on or before 31st March 2026.
As per the notification, the balance amount varies depending on the embarkation point and inclusion of Adahi (Qurbani). For pilgrims departing from Srinagar, the payable amount is ₹1,31,580 with Adahi and ₹1,14,300 without Adahi. For those departing from Delhi, the amount is ₹86,580 with Adahi and ₹69,300 without Adahi.
Pilgrims can deposit the amount through a specified pay-in-slip at any branch of the State Bank of India using the unique Bank Reference Number or via the online payment facility available on the official Haj Committee website and Haj Suvidha App using credit/debit cards or net banking.
The Haj Committee has strictly advised all pilgrims to adhere to the deadline, failing which their allotted Haj seats may be cancelled.After making the payment, pilgrims are required to submit a copy of the payment receipt at designated offices—Leh pilgrims at the Haj Cell, Deputy Commissioner Office Leh, and Kargil pilgrims at the Haj Office, Baroo, Kargil.The notification was issued by Executive Officer Zakir Hussain, Haj Committee UT Ladakh.
