Notice for downloading of Admit Card for appearing in the LAHDC-KSSRB written examinations for Graduate Level Posts scheduled on 19.04.2026 (Sunday) and instructions for the candidates thereof.

All the candidates who have applied for Graduate level posts notified vide Advertisement Notice No. 01 of 2025 dated 17.07.2025, are hereby informed that the admit card for the Graduate level examination will be available for download on the LAHDC-KSSRB portal www.dssrbkargil.in w.e.f. 11.04.2026.

a) No candidate shall be allowed to sit in the examination without hard copy ofthe Admit Card and hard copy of a valid Photo ID Proof.

b) Use only Black or Blue Ball Point Pen and do not use pencil or ink pen.

c) No candidate will be allowed to carry Cell Phone/Pager/Smart
Watch/Earphones/Calculator or other electronic gadgets inside the examination centre/hall.

d) The candidates may preferably have a Cardboard/Slate to support the answer sheet while ensuring that nothing which amounts to copying/forging is written on the same.

e) Any candidate found guilty of misbehaviour/misconduct during the written examination or found guilty of copying/canvassing/lobbying in any form shall be liable to criminal prosecution under law and may be debarred permanently
or for a specific period from some or all recruitments made by the LAHDC-KSSRB including the current examination/recruitment.

f) All the candidates are advised to report at the examination centre as mentioned in the admit card one (01) hour before the commencement of their examination on the scheduled date so that the requisite formalities are completed in time.

g) There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

Valid ID Proof (any one of the following:
i. Election Photo Identity Card (EPIC).
ii. Passport.
iii. Driving License.
iv. Income Tax Identity (PAN) Card.
v. Bank/Post Office Book
vi. I-Card issued by the Competent Authority of School/College/University.
vii. I-Card issued by the Head of the Department (in case of in-service candidate).
viii. I-Card issued by the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate/Tehsildar.
ix. Aadhaar Card.
x. Any other Photo ID Proof issued by Central/State/UT Government.
