UT Administration Ladakh bids farewell to Outgoing Administrative Secretary Michael M. D’ Souza
Leh, February 27, 2026: The Administration of the Union Territory of Ladakh organised a farewell programme for outgoing Administrative Secretary Michael M. D’ Souza in recognition of his dedicated service to the Union Territory.
Chief Secretary Ashish Kundra felicitated Michael M. D’ Souza and appreciated his valuable contributions towards strengthening governance and administrative functioning in Ladakh. He lauded the officer’s commitment, professionalism, and efforts during his tenure and extended his best wishes for his future assignments.
In his address, Michael M. D’ Souza reflected on his tenure in Ladakh and shared his experiences. He expressed gratitude to fellow officers and officials for their support and cooperation during his service in the Union Territory.
Administrative Secretaries, Deputy Commissioner, Leh; Chief Engineer, PWD Ladakh, Deputy Secretaries, Under Secretaries, and other concerned officers and officials of the Administration were present on the occasion and expressed appreciation for his service and contributions to the UT Administration.
